An exciting new era in the repositioning of Monmouth County’s historic For Monmouth has been ushered in with the opening of East Gate, a new and unique colletion of townhomes, duplexes and single-family residences created in century-old Officer’s Housing buildings on the 1,126-acre former U.S. Army post.
The recent debut of the highly anticipated new community followed in the footsteps of a robust VIP preview period in which a number of reservations were taken on homes in the community’s initial phase, according to developer RPM Development Group.
